2012年，歙砚---飞天砚，搭乘神舟九号宇宙飞船上了太空，

2013年,砚石---蛟龙砚，随着蛟龙号深潜太平洋，实现了“九天揽月，五洋捉鳖”。

大家好，我是安徽省黄山市歙县县委书记李忠，很高兴带大家走进，中国歙砚之乡、中国徽墨之都、徽商之源——歙县。

歙县,秦时建县,至今已有2240多年的历史,是古徽州政治、经济、文化中心。这里山川秀美、物产丰富、文化灿烂、名人辈出。这里是徽文化的发祥地，走出的徽商，创造了“无徽不成镇”的历史传奇。

【名城歙县，名有一座城】

歙县有一座古城，名叫徽州古城。

她是国家历史文化名城，是中国保存最为完好的四大古城之一，古城里的古街、古巷、古井、古桥、古塔、古坝、古民居、古牌坊，星罗棋布，蔚为壮观。横跨中和街上全国唯一的许国石坊，横卧练江的渔梁石坝，是徽州古城的文化符号；古城内的代表性建筑—— 徽州府衙，始建于元末明初，2009年，在原址上对徽州府衙进行修复，是徽派建筑的扛鼎之作，获中国建筑行业工程质量最高奖“鲁班奖”。现在的徽州古城是国家5A级景区，是让游客了解徽文化的集中展示区。

【名城歙县，名有一条江】

歙县有一条江，名叫新安江。她是歙县人民的母亲河，有着“奇山异水、天下独绝”之称。清代诗人黄仲则赞曰：“一滩复一滩, 一滩高十丈。三百六十滩,新安在天上。”随着新安江流域的保护和开发，逐步形成高山林、中山茶、低山果的立体生态格局。绿水青山就是金山银山，“两山”理论的实践成果，正在这里逐步显现。新安江流域月月有花，季季有果，泛舟江面，江水澄碧，茶果飘香，有如“人行明镜中，鸟度屏风里”。

【名城歙县，名有一商帮】

歙县有一个商帮，叫做徽商。

历史上，“七山一水一分田， 一分道路和庄园”的地理样貌，迫使着歙县人背井离乡，向杭州、上海等都市寻求更好的发展机遇。徽商秉持着“诚信”、“戒欺”的理念，辉煌明清400多年，为创造博大精深的徽文化提供了坚实的经济保障。

【名城歙县，名有文房四宝】

歙县是文房四宝中的歙砚、徽墨的发源地、主产区。歙砚始于汉，驰名于唐，之所以闻名于世，在于砚石的优异和制作的精美，因“其质坚丽， 呵气生云，贮水不涸”，被南唐后主李煜视为“天下之冠”。徽墨始于唐末，有“落纸如漆，经久不褪，香味浓郁”的特点，更有“黄金易得、李墨难求”一说。歙砚徽墨制作技艺已被列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录。歙县这座千年古城，古老而又年轻，是徽州文化生态保护试验区综合性传习中心，是中国华侨国际文化交流基地，中央美术学院教学实践基地，也成为海内外游客向往的旅游目的地。

     She County was built in Qin Dynasty,it has a history of more than 2240 years,it is the political, economic and cultural center of ancient Huizhou. Here has beautiful scenery, abundant products, rich culture, plenty of celebrities.It is the origin of Hui culture,Huizhou merchants from here,have created the historical legends of ‘does not have the emblem inadequate town’.

 

     She County has an ancient city,called Huizhou ancient city.It is a national historic and cultural city, one of the four best preserved ancient cities in China,ancient streets, lanes,wells, bridges, towers,dams, residential buildings and archways in the ancient city,scattered,spectacular.Crossing the only Xuguo stone archway on Zhonghe street,above Yuliang stone dam of Lian river,it is the cultural symbol of Huizhou ancient city.Representative buildings in the ancient city,Huizhou office,built in the late Yuan Dynasty and the early Ming Dynasty,in 2009,the restoration of Huizhou government on the original site was the best work of Huizhou architecture,won "Luban Award" , the highest Engineering Quality Award in China's construction industry.Now the Huizhou ancient city is a national 5A level scenic spot,a concentrated exhibition area for tourists to understand the culture of Huizhou.

 

     She County has a river,called Xin’an River. It is the mother river of She people,it has the reputation of ‘ strange mountain and water,the world’s unique’. The Qing Dynasty poet Huang Zhongze praised‘One beach after another, The beach is ten feet high.Three hundred and sixty beaches,”Xin'an is in the sky. ’With the protection and development of Xin'an River Basin,gradually form a three-dimensional ecological pattern of high mountain forest, middle mountain tea and low mountain fruit.Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,practical achievements of the theory of "two mountains"are gradually emerging here.There are flowers every month in Xin'an River Basin,fruits in each season,boating on the river,clear water,fragrant tea and fruit,just like ‘ people walk in the mirror,Birds fly in the screen’.

 

     There is a business gang in She County,called Huizhou merchants.
     In history,The geographical appearance of‘seven mountains, one water and one field,one road and one Manor’,
forced the people of She County to leave their hometown,seek better development opportunities from Hangzhou, Shanghai and other cities.Huizhou merchants adheres to the concept of "integrity" and "abstaining from deception",more than 400 years of brilliant Ming and Qing Dynasties,provided a solid economic guarantee for the creation of a broad and profound Hui culture.

 

     Shexian is the birthplace and main production area of She ink-stone and Hui ink in the four treasures of study.She ink-stone originated in Han Dynasty famous in Tang,it is famous because the quality of ink-stone and exquisite production.‘its quality is strong and beautiful,breath makes clouds,water storage is not dry,’regarded as the "crown of the world" by Li Yu, the later leader of the Southern Tang Dynasty.Huizhou ink began in the late Tang Dynasty,it has the characteristics of ‘paper falling like paint,long lasting strong fragrance’.There is also a saying that ‘gold is easy to get, Li Ink is hard to find’.production technology of Hui ink and She ink-stone has been listed in the national intangible cultural heritage list.She County, a thousand year old city,both old and young,it is a comprehensive training center of Huizhou cultural and ecological protection experimental area,an international cultural exchange base for overseas Chinese,teaching practice base of Central Academy of Fine Arts,it has also become a tourist destination for tourists domestic and abroad.
